The absolute best sling I’ve used. All the function and comfort of a padded VCAS or VTAC without the added weight and bulk. The only change I made was swapping out the shock cord on the pull tab for 550 to ensure reliable extension of the sling. Can’t recommend any stronger to anyone needing an adjustable sling.

I found my new sling! I use to run a single point sling for a while, then switched to the Vtac sling and ran with that for several years. The Vtac sling was my go-to sling, until I ordered the LFT Sling. This sling utilizes a minimalist design with bombproof materials. Thanks Lead Faucet Tactical for designing a lightweight and durable sling that combines comfort and practicality in any tactical or competetive shooting application.

I have used diferent slings throughout my military career, Tactical Link single points, VTac, Magpul and other quick adjust slings. Let’s just say, I found my new sling. I’ve been using the LFT Sling for the past few weeks in a shooting course, and I dig it. I like how lightweight it is, and that it uses polymer slider adjustments rather than metal. This keeps the weight down and simplifies the design. The wide portion of the strap is comfortable and distributes the weight of the rifle over a wider surface area, preventing the sling from digging into my neck without the use of added padding. It is simple to swim out of for left side transitions and doesn’t have any metal hardware to clank around against my weapon system or stowed mags. The materials are thin, durable and lightweight. All-in-all, the LFT Sling is a win.

I’ve used Magpul MS4, BFG, VTAC padded, some random 3-point, a single-point “PIG Slider” by SKD, USGI, Haley Strategic, and now this.

This is not the cheapest sling I’ve had. This is not the most expensive sling I’ve had. It is, however, the best sling I’ve had.

It is light, compact, durable, and very “minimalist”, while still retaining 100% of the functionality a rapidly adjustable 2-point padded sling is advertised to have. In fact, its adjustment mechanism works with less effort under tension than any sling I have other than the VTAC padded sling, which it is similar to, but the amount of bulk removed from the equation by the LFT product is staggering when you compare the two.

*Disclosure of personal bias: I have no affiliation with LFT or those who profit from their sale of products, to my knowledge. I have attended multiple VTAC carbine courses taught by Kyle Lamb, and acquaintances who work in upper management at Magpul.
